The United States Trotting Association has announced that ID Technician Garry Phillips will be in both Minnesota and Wisconsin Starting this Monday, October 17.

Freeze branding is also available with the fees due at the time of the service.

Without the proper identification and parentage verification, a horse’s. registration cannot be mailed, ownership cannot be transferred, and eligibility will not be issued.

The Microchipping rule went into place on January 1 of this year.
