All entry documents including Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVI/Health Certificate) and Coggins must be emailed as attachments (DO NOT send photos in the body of your email they MUST be attachments) to the commission PRIOR to your arrival at the racetrack. Only legible documents will be accepted. All documents should be sent to mrcinfo@state.mn.us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. See entry requirements on the MRC website.
