Last week, Summer Fling Horse Wizzel Stix was involved in a morning training mishap, which effectively ends her racing season at Running Aces. Starting on August 15, the Summer Fling Race Team will add Nightgirl to the stable, joining Bob’s Time.
Earnings to this point for Wizzel Stix will be counted towards Summer Fling, while earnings for Nightgirl will count towards Summer Fling starting August 15.
Nightgirl is a six-year-old daughter of Straight Shooting out of the Armor Mackintosh mare Toni Mack. She has three wins, one second place finish, and two third place finishes in 13 starts this year at Running Aces.
Her next start is slated for Thursday night, August 18th in the Ninth Race.
