By order of the Judges any 2- or 3-year-old MN Bred that is beaten by more than 25 lengths in their first start off a qualifier will not be considered distanced and will be given a pass for that race only and will be allowed to enter again. 

In the subsequent start if the horse goes off stride or is beaten again distanced (25 lengths or more) the horse will be placed on the Steward’s list. This is a 2023 one-time grace pass that will be given to MN bred horses, trot or pace.
